I wanted to have a safe and fun space inside my house where my cat could hangout when I am out of the house, and where he could sleep at night. I built the catio in my upstairs loft, and it’s perfect. I filled the space with toys and a perch and other items where he can hangout and be entertained. I call it his bachelor pad. He loves being in there, and he likes to spend most of his time there, even when he doesn’t have to. The quality is great, and was fairly easy to put together myself.

Using the wire to hold up the netting across a 16’x16’ open area. It’s stretched bow-string tight. Works perfectly. Used 1/16” barrel ferrules to cinch it down. Rock solid. Its not going anywhere.

I used two 10x10x6 dog kennels to provide a solid frame but attached them to my shop wall in a 10x20x10’ configuration with no roof and then draped cat netting over the top and sides and tied it appropriately to keep cats in and birds out. The cat netting as a roof isn’t great as it collects leafs and twigs from the trees above but it was a quick and dirty way to get my 25 feral cats outside space. I used cat netting.com netting (far superior to other netting used for bird deterrence. I also used several their cat walks , and both wall-mounted and corner-mounted hammocks. It is by far the best thing I’ve done for the feral cats to give them a safe but more interesting and enjoyable life. My cats seem to prefer the corner mounted hammocks close to the ground but maybe I didn’t have good walkways to get into them when I tried attaching them higher up. So far only one cat uses the wall mounted one but he is there often.

After buying some super plastic-y feeling netting from Amazon I ordered new material from catnetting and I'm very happy with the whole experience. Much higher quality product and one stop shopping. Got all I needed to build our Catio simple and fast.

The metal ramps are great for attaching to outside walls and the cats love using them.
The corner cat hammock is regularly used in one Catio but rarely in the other - I don’t know why. I like the ramps because they are metal and very secure.

Perfect for the cats and have it closing in a 28ft by 7ft. Had to get the 10ft, would've liked a vertical size option.

Super easy to install. We used this as one of our walls so we could maintain access to our air conditioner. We inserted doors into other areas and in comparison, the wall saved us so much time!

Bought this to add to the kitties outdoor camping experience. We have a series of tunnels and cubes they have been enjoying but wanted something more. Got this portable catio for them and we all love it! It takes about 15 mins to set up. We put one of their climbers big trees in there so they have a perch to hang out and watch the squirrels and birds on.

Based on the quality of the netting, we’re now planning on fencing in our yard at home with the Cat Net netting. Super sturdy, even for our 2 Maine coons.

I got two new kittens and did a quick enclosure of my deck to see how they’d do and like it. This catnetting is so awesome! Plan on doing a better enclosure next year and getting more netting!
