Premium Portable Catio 11'8"
The Premium 11'8" Portable Catio is a simple way to keep your cat stimulated and happy, allowing it to soak up some sun while safely enjoying the outdoors. The large size is ideal for multiple cats and can fit many enrichment items inside!
This Premium Catio not only features our Premium netting reinforced with stainless steel, it also features Velcro straps and webbing along the bottom which sets it apart from our Classic 11’8” Catio.
The bottom of the frame slides through the webbing along the bottom, and the net is secured to the frame with the Velcro straps.
This catio is designed to keep your cat safe and reduce the risk of it getting hit by a vehicle, becoming lost or catching diseases.
The F-shaped zipper provides easy access for you and at 5’10” height this catio is ideal for you to spend quality time outside safely with your cat.
Our 47” Tunnel can also be added to connect the catio to your home allowing your cat to move freely between indoors and the safety of the catio.

- The net is suspended inwards of the steel frame. This allows the net to be pulled out towards the frame until the correct amount of tautness is obtained. Having the net taut is of the utmost importance to your cat’s safety, and installing it in this matter ensures a tight net.

Catnets has a range of accessories available including hammocks and a shade sail to suit this catio.
We recommend that you monitor the Catio for any movement on windy days especially if you attach a shade sail as this may catch the wind and force the catio to move. Do NOT attach a tarpaulin or other flat waterproof cover to the roof of the catio.
IMPORTANT: This netting has been designed for use by cats only and is not covered for damage resulting from coyotes, dogs or other animals housed in OR outside of the enclosure. If you live in an area with a high coyote population and you are concerned about coyotes coming onto your property, we recommend you research coyote exclusion techniques, deterrents, and repellents for the most suitable and effective way to keep coyotes off your property.
Safety: Due to the size of the netting squares, Catnets recommend kittens (6 months and under) should not be left unattended for prolonged periods within the Catio. In regards to Catio safety in general, it is advised that all netting is installed as taut as practically possible. Ensure that the carabiner lock is used to secure the zipper at all times and that you have maximized the use of the supplied cable ties and have not left any large gaps during assembly.

Assembly was a bit tedious, especially since I did it alone, but it would likely be easier with another person. I had to purchase additional netting for the flooring, which I covered with fake grass. My ground was slightly uneven, so I was concerned about my cats sneaking under the piping.
Surprisingly, my young cat loves the hammocks but has no interest in the scratching posts. The zipper, even with the safety latch, is not foolproof. My cat can grab onto it, open the zippers, and pull himself through the corner opening. It’s not graceful, but he can pull it off. Fortunately, the catio was pressed against my screen door, so he got stuck between the netting and the screen. Since I’ve discovered this, I will NOT let him in there without supervision. I wouldn't trust this catio for active cats without supervision unless you can DIY something better for the access points.
Note: My young cat is a nutcase and climbs and jumps around this catio like a monkey on cocaine. It’’s cool that he has a designated place for his derangement. My elderly, more relaxed cats could never pull off his escape strategy and are content just lounging and watching birds. For the lounge cats of the world, the security of the catio is fine. For the crazies, supervision.
I got my cats a portable setup and they absolutely love it. I recommend this to anyone that has cats and the available outside space. My cats are in a better mood and seem to be living life to the fullest. They wai for me to open access to the catio every morning and I have to kick them out at the end of the day! Thank for the great product!
My cats love their portable catio so much!! I am able to move it around the yard and also connected it to my house with a tunnel for a more permanent setup. They are like little lions is a cage out there. They get to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine and have plenty of room to run and play while still being safe and secure from outside dangers. It is very sturdy and durable and easy to setup and modify for your needs.
I ordered the Premium Portable Catio and due to a mix up in the packaging i was sent a regular, i did not realize this until after i had easily assembled the product. i contacted Josh about this mix up. Josh sent me a replacement which was the same as to what i had all ready. I sent Josh an email with a photo of the replacement item label and he determined that they had a problem from the factory with the packaging and labeling of the items. Josh promptly refunded the difference between the two items and sent me a RTA so i could return the missed labeled item. My cat (Benny) enjoys his time in the Catio out on our patio. The Catio is easy to assemble and is of a high quality. I highly recommend it and the great and fast customer service from Josh.
Only complaint is that the frame was impossible to get together without cutting some of the vinyl lining
