► How do I place an order?

Our online store ensures expedited processing and shipping of your order.

Shop in your own time and then checkout using:

      There is NO minimum order. 

      Catnets will replace OR refund in full any products that arrive damaged or are faulty. You must notify us of any fault, damage or missing items within 7 days of receiving your order.

      We can refund for change of mind or incorrect ordering, however be aware that return shipping is at your expense. Please keep in mind that portable catios and accessories are shipped from our Sydney Australia warehouse. All products that have been cut to size (such as netting by-the-foot), are not able to be refunded.

      We have a customer first service mentality, so if you're not happy with your product or service for any reason contact us for assistance.

      In a rare occurrence, replacement parts will be sent at no charge for any missing or faulty components.
