Our Classic Portable Catio features our ¾” UV-treated premium cat netting reinforced with stainless steel for added peace of mind. This catio will keep your cat safe and reduce the risk of your cat getting hit by a vehicle, becoming lost or catching diseases. The netting is a simple one piece slip over design for quick assembly. The F-shaped zipper provides easy access for you and at 5’10” height, this catio is ideal for you to spend quality time outside safely with your cat.

This netting is manufactured from knotted high density polyethylene and is pre stretched to ensure it will not sag or loosen over time when installed correctly. It is UV treated and weather resistant, making it suitable for year round outdoor use in US conditions including rain, wind, and sun.

The material is strong enough for cats of all sizes and breeds, including larger and more energetic cats, while remaining flexible and easy to work with during installation.

Supporting the netting is a powder coated steel frame, designed to stand securely on its own and provide a stable structure for the enclosure. The frame helps keep the netting tensioned correctly and maintains the overall shape and strength of the catio, even with regular use.

No. Our Premium Portable Catios are designed for easy DIY setup and do not require specialized tools or professional installation. Most customers can assemble their catio quickly by following the included instructions or watching our instruction video.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

We recommend that you monitor the Catio for any movement on windy days especially if you attach a shade sail as this may catch the wind and force the catio to move. Do NOT attach a tarpaulin or other flat waterproof cover to the roof of the catio.

Safety: Due to the size of the netting squares, Catnets recommend kittens (6 months and under) should not be left unattended for prolonged periods within the Catio. In regards to Catio safety in general, it is advised that all netting is installed as taut as practically possible. Ensure that the carabiner lock is used to secure the zipper at all times.
