Can I order online?
Yes. Add products to your cart and checkout as a guest or signed-in customer.
By-the-foot items: Enter the linear feet you need as the quantity.
Example: For 15 ft of 10 ft-wide netting, set quantity to 15.
How can I pay?

Is there a minimum order?
No—there is no minimum order.
Returns, refunds & duties
Do you accept returns/refunds?

Damaged or faulty: We’ll replace or refund in full. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Change of mind/incorrect ordering: Refunds are available; return shipping is at your expense.

Exceptions: Items cut to size (e.g., netting by-the-foot) aren’t refundable.
If an item shipped from Australia, it must be returned to our Sydney warehouse. We’ll provide return instructions with your RMA.
Will I pay duties/taxes?

USA shipments from Texas: Duties/taxes generally do not apply.

Canada and orders/items shipping from Australia: Import duties/taxes/fees may be charged by the carrier before delivery.
In the rare case of missing or faulty components, replacement parts are sent at no charge.

How are your prices so low?
You’re purchasing direct from the importer. Our bulk buying and direct model keep prices low without compromising quality.
How much will my cat enclosure cost?
DIY installs typically cost less than half of fully installed projects. Many self-installs come in under USD $250.
Standard netting starts from around $0.30 per sq ft, with bulk and monthly specials available.
Net installation
I need help with installation.
We don’t currently offer installation. Most customers use a local handyman or builder.

Why should I enclose my cat?
Enclosures reduce risks (cars, fights, disease, getting lost), support local wildlife, and help meet legal/HOA requirements. Cats kept safely contained can live longer, healthier lives.
Is the netting suitable for dogs?
Our netting is designed for cats. Damage caused by dogs or other animals isn’t covered.
Are birds at risk of tangling in the net?
No. The square ¾″ × ¾″ mesh and proper tension help prevent twisting/distortion and reduce tangling risk.
